Ana Lope
Carvajal

Ana Lope is the Head of Infrastructures at the Spanish Ports Authority, an organisation she has been working for since 2001. She has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and completed a PDD (Executive Development Programme) from the IESE Business School. Earlier, she worked as a Maritime Public Works Engineer at the IBERINSA consulting firm.

Over the years, she has taken part in numerous engineering projects, of particular note her involvement in the deployment of accessibility rules and regulations in the infrastructures of the Spanish Ports of General Interest. She is member of the CERMI-Spanish Ports Protocol Monitoring Committee.

Es además la Secretaria de la Asociación Técnica de Puertos y Costas, miembro de su Junta Directiva desde el año 2012 y Presidenta del Comité Técnico de Ingeniería Portuaria liderando el desarrollo de diferentes grupos de trabajo relacionados con el sector de los puertos. Desde el año 2016 es miembro del Consejo de Administración de la Autoridad Portuaria de Alicante.
